The EPIC Europe Manifesto
Three Priorities for a New Europe
1 | Sustainable Union
Europe must lead the way as the world’s first fully sustainable, carbon-neutral society—without sacrificing industrial strength, competitiveness, or jobs.
- Technology-neutral policies that promote innovation.
- Strategic investment in energy, agriculture, and infrastructure.
- A just transition that balances economic realities with climate goals.
2 | Secure Union
Security and defence are non-negotiable for European autonomy—without them, there is no economic prosperity, no social stability, and no technological innovation.
- A European defense policy that enhances strategic autonomy.
- An integrated security that strengthens Europe across physical, economic, and digital spaces
- Reducing dependency on third countries for energy, technology, and security.
3 | Social Union
Europe’s competitive edge lies in its people and its unique social character. A cohesive, resilient society is the foundation for innovation and prosperity.
- Reformed social policies to adapt to a digital and aging society.
- Equal access to healthcare, education, and economic opportunities.
- A Europe where no one is left behind—ensuring equal rights and representation.
The Need for Reform
Europe’s institutions weren’t built for today’s fast-moving world. We need decision-making that’s more agile, transparent, and people-driven. Reform isn’t about replacing the Union—it’s about making it work better for everyone. To stay relevant and resilient, the EU must modernize how it listens, acts, and delivers for its citizens.
The Need for Unity
Europe’s power lies in its unity. In diversity we find strength, but only solidarity moves us forward. No European nation can stand alone in these troubled times. Facing global challenges—from conflict to climate—we need coordinated action and shared purpose. A more united Europe means a stronger, more stable future for all Europeans.
Why Act Now?
This is a critical moment. Delay widens the gap between citizens and institutions. We face urgent issues—economic, digital, and democratic—that demand immediate attention. Acting now means empowering people, modernizing policy, and strengthening Europe’s voice. The future of the Union is not a given. It’s a choice. Let’s make it.
