Europe does not lack ideas. It lacks delivery. EPIC’s observatories turn political commitments into public, scored trackers, so policymakers, business and the media can see what has been done, what is stalled and what is still missing. Two are live. Four more are in preparation.

Tracks the implementation of the 383 recommendations of the Draghi report on European competitiveness. A public dashboard and an expert-scored index show what has been done, what is in progress and what has stalled. A joint initiative with KEFiM.
